Anti-Racism & Inclusion

With over 30 years of experience, CREAN has become the trusted advisor for workplace equity, diversity and inclusion in BC. Led by an impressive team of educators and award-winning researchers, we use evidence-based practices to support inclusion in the workplace.

Our Senior Leadership Team have worked in diversity and inclusion within some of the province's largest workplaces. Evaluation

We accept contracts with community-based, multi-service and national organizations, and with government agencies to design and conduct evaluations to provoke action and build stronger relationships among stakeholders. We help partners to design evaluation frameworks and conduct program evaluations, organizational reviews, and system-change evaluations.
