CREAN invites healthcare workers to join a conversation exploring racism and cultural safety in BC healthcare.
Coastal Research, Education, and Advocacy Network (CREAN Society) is inviting healthcare workers to participate in a community conversation exploring racism, discrimination, cultural safety, and healthcare access for Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour (BIPOC) youth in British Columbia.
This discussion is part of the BRIDGE Project (Barriers, Racism, and Inequities in Digital & healthcare access: Generating youth-informed Equity solutions), a community-based research initiative focused on understanding how healthcare experiences influence trust, engagement, and health-care seeking behaviours among BIPOC youth.
About the Project:

How youth utilize social media, online communities, and AI when getting health information and support
Opportunities for system-level improvements
