Anti-racism & Access to Economic Opportunity: A Virtual Town Hall Meeting

Many racialized peoples today remain situated in communities with the lowest prospects for upward mobility. This reflects both the intended and unintended consequences of Canadian policies that have shaped where people live and the opportunities people have in those communities.

In these COVID times, black, indigenous, and other people of colour are feeling the brunt of economic instability. Join us for a virtual town hall meeting with community members and racialized entrepreneurs.

This online event will be held live, Monday, August 3 at 7pm PST on Zoom.

There will be an opportunity to ask questions during the town hall, but you’re welcome to email questions in advance to hello@creansociety.org. This event is possible thanks to funding from the City of Victoria.
